gConnect: fcMRI toolset

gConnect is a toolbox implemented in Matlab and Python designed to provide a platform for functional connectivity (fcMRI) analyses. gConnect is designed to be platform independent and is able to take input from a variety of leading functional neuroimaging preprocessing packages (e.g. AFNI, FSL, SPM).

 
gConnect is currently in active development, but is planned to be freely available to interested researchers.
